2012 NAALJ Annual Conference
New Orleans, Louisiana – September 9-13, 2012
Corporate sponsorships enable NAALJ to hold conferences and to keep costs affordable for attendees, and the presence of sponsors adds another level of richness to the program. The New Orleans venue at the Ritz Carlton Hotel will provide first-rate exposure for your products and services. We offer various levels of corporate sponsorship for the New Orleans conference, ranging from $1,000 to $18,000. We invite your participation, and are prepared to work diligently with you in defining and developing the level of sponsorship that interests you. Details regarding the various sponsorship categories are set forth below. Anyone interested in participating as a sponsor is invited to contact either of the NAALJ Sponsorship Committee co-chairs, whose contact information also follows.
Gold Sponsor ($18,000)(ONLY ONE AVAILABLE)
- Donor will be referred to as the Gold or Primary Conference Sponsor, and if desired, Sponsor may request that their name be associated with a particular conference event (e.g. Banquet)
- Vendor presentation opportunity (specifics TBD)
- Receive recognition from Podium each day of conference
- Company pamphlet and/or promotional gifts will be inserted inside all conference tote bags
- Full page Ad in conference written materials
- 1 complimentary registration to this conference, recipient to be assigned by sponsor (Alternatively, sponsor may raffle this as a scholarship to NAALJ’S next conference)
- 1 pre-conference promotional e-mail sent to all attendees (E-mail sent by NAALJ)
- Recognition on Program and on NAALJ Website
- Sponsor Name/Logo prominently displayed in Conference Registration Area
- Exhibit Table in conference registration area, with VIP Sponsor nametags for their staff
Silver Sponsor ($12,000)(TWO AVAILABLE)
- Donor will be referred to as the Silver Sponsor, and if desired, Sponsor may request that their name be associated with a particular conference event (e.g. Reception or Luncheon)
- Receive recognition from Podium each day of conference
- Company pamphlet and/or promotional gifts will be inserted inside all conference tote bags
- One-half page Ad in conference written materials
- Recognition on Program and on NAALJ Website
- Sponsor Name/Logo prominently displayed in Conference Registration Area
- Exhibit Table in conference registration area, with VIP Sponsor nametags for their staff
Bronze Sponsor ($7500)(THREE AVAILABLE)
- Donor will be referred to as the Bronze Sponsor
- Donor will receive recognition from Podium each day of conference
- Company pamphlet and/or promotional gifts inserted inside all conference tote bags
- One-half page Ad in conference written materials
- Recognition on Program and on NAALJ Websites
- Sponsor Name/Logo prominently displayed in Conference Registration Area
- Exhibit Table in conference registration area, with VIP Sponsor nametags for their staff
